Sr. Strategist (Contract Role)

We're looking for a Senior Strategist to lead the development and delivery of change marketing strategies that drive employee engagement, behavior change, and organizational adoption. This role is perfect for someone who brings deep expertise, sharp judgment, and a calm, solution-focused approach to complex programs—someone who can lead teams, partner with senior clients, and deliver work with clarity, creativity, and speed.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development of change marketing strategies from kickoff through delivery, setting direction and guiding teams to success.
  • Client Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients, building strong relationships through thoughtful work, clear communication, and deep understanding of their business and culture.
  • Project Ownership: Lead multiple complex projects and workstreams with confidence, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Research & Insights: Design and lead research efforts that uncover employee needs and barriers, translating findings into sharp strategic recommendations.
  • Storytelling Excellence: Craft and review messaging that simplifies complexity, inspires belief, and drives action across diverse audiences.
  • Measurement Expertise: Shape rollout strategies and measurement frameworks that drive and track adoption effectively.
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Develop junior team members through thoughtful feedback, modeling high standards and helping them grow in capability and confidence.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to practice building through POVs, tools, templates, and methodologies that elevate our strategic output.
  • Presentation & Facilitation Skills: Lead strategic presentations and co-facilitate workshops with confidence in both internal and client settings.
  • Business Acumen: Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support growth through excellent delivery and strategic foresight.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Adaptable to shifting needs while maintaining focus on quality and impact.
  • Experience: 8+ years in marketing, corporate communication, or change management with focus on organizational change initiatives.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
