Junior Strategist (Contract Role or FTE)

We're looking for a Junior Strategist to support the development and execution of internal change marketing strategies through research, insight development, and high-quality deliverables. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who's organized, curious, and eager to learn—someone who can take direction, ask smart questions, and help teams deliver thoughtful, insight-driven work.

Skills and Competencies

• Research & Synthesis: Conduct audience research (interviews, surveys, desk research) and support development of insights that inform strategy.
• Strategic Support: Collaborate with Strategists and Senior Strategists to shape plans, tactics, and messaging that drive employee engagement.
• Clear Communication: Strong writing skills with ability to craft simple, compelling messages that communicate the value of change.
• Detail-Oriented: Organized and proactive, able to manage inputs, synthesize feedback, and keep work moving smoothly.
• Presentation Skills: Present work components to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity; support facilitation of meetings and workshops.
• Content Creation: Contribute to Keynote decks, toolkits, and deliverables that support change campaigns and employee engagement.
• Collaborative Spirit: Work effectively with strategists, creatives, and project leads in team settings.
• Analytical Mindset: Help track performance indicators and feedback to support evaluation and improvement of strategies.
• Growth Mindset: Actively seek feedback to strengthen strategy, communication, and consulting skills.
• Curiosity & Passion: Energized by change, strategy, and internal marketing with eagerness to develop expertise.
• Experience: 2+ years of work experience; enterprise-level company experience is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
