We're excited to announce that LOCAL is hiring for an Account Manager positionAPPLY NOW!

As an Account Manager, you'll lead Fortune 500 companies through Change Marketing™ programs while conducting the LOCAL symphony. 

You'll bridge the gap between our clients and internal teams. Understand the art and science of managing client expectations. Brief team members and provide strategic input on deliverables. And harmoniously push the work forward while maintaining that LOCAL craft that keeps our clients happy. 

We want someone who can be an individual contributor with a hands-on, get-it-done attitude. You'll need to have a knack for leadership and problem-solving, be accountable, and be a solid communicator.

  • Proactively lead and manage client communications 
  • Effectively manage client expectations and ensure adherence to SOWs
  • Contribute to maintaining a healthy client relationship 
  • Intake client requests and troubleshoot problems, bringing in the right team when appropriate
  • Collaborate with clients to develop clear briefs, involving relevant stakeholders to ensure feasibility 
  •  Manage project meeting cadence 
  • Hold your own when presenting to clients (without oversight) 
  • Liaise with different client departments on briefs to gather information 
  • Review deliverables to ensure the work produced answers the brief 
  • Develop and manage needed timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met
  •  Handle feedback and criticism well and integrate it into your work
  • Prepare project reports and status as needed
